Abu Hurairah reported that the Prophet ﷺ said, "The merit of praying in congregation over praying alone is twenty-five degrees, and the angels of the night and the angels of the day come together at the dawn prayer."Abu Hurairah then said, "Recite, if you wish, 'and the recitation at dawn. Indeed, the recitation at dawn is ever witnessed'" [Isra 17:78].
Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Tafsir (4717), and Muslim in the Book of Mosques and Places of Prayer (246:649), both through the route of Mamar, from Zuhri, from Abu Salama and Ibn Musayab, from Abu Hurairah, who then mentioned it. The wording given is Bukhari's, and Muslim's wording is similar.
