Tariq bin Abdullah reported,

The next day we arrived in Madinah, and there was the Messenger of Allah ﷺ standing on the pulpit addressing the people. I heard him say, "The hand that gives is the upper hand. Begin with those you support, your mother, your father, your sister, and your brother, then those nearest to you, and then the next nearest…" and the rest of the hadith.

في حديث طويل:

عن طارق بن عبد الله المحاربي قال

ثم قدمنا المدينة من الغد، فإذا رسول الله ﷺ قائم يخطب الناس على المنبر، فسمعته يقول: يد المعطي يد العليا، وابدأ بمن تعول، أمك وأباك وأختك وأخاك، ثم أدناك أدناك… الحديث.
