The Prophet ﷺ said, "On the Day of Resurrection, the earth will become a single loaf of bread, which the Almighty will turn over in His hand the way one of you turns over his loaf while traveling, as a welcoming meal for the people of Paradise."
قال النبي ﷺ: تكون الأرض يوم القيامة خبزة واحدة، يتكفؤها الجبار بيده، كما يكفا أحدكم خبزته في السفر نزلا لأهل الجنة.
Bukhari related it in the Book of Raqaiq (6520), and Muslim in the Book on the Description of the Day of Resurrection (2792), both from the hadith of Layth, from Khalid bin Yazid, from Saeed bin Abu Hilal, from Zayd bin Aslam, from Ata bin Yasar, from Abu Saeed Khudri, who mentioned it.His saying, "as a welcoming gift for the people of Paradise," refers to what is prepared for a guest upon their arrival.
