The Prophet ﷺ reported, narrating from his Lord that He said, "...My servants, you will never reach the point of harming Me so as to cause Me harm, nor will you ever reach the point of benefiting Me so as to bring Me benefit. My servants, if the first of you and the last of you, your humans and your jinn, were as pious as the most God-fearing heart among you, that would not increase My dominion in the slightest. My servants, if the first of you and the last of you, your humans and your jinn, were as wicked as the most corrupt heart among you, that would not diminish My dominion in the slightest. My servants, if the first of you and the last of you, your humans and your jinn, were to stand together on a single plain and ask of Me, and I were to grant every person what he asked for, that would not diminish what I have any more than a needle diminishes the sea when it is dipped into it..." The hadith continues.
