Abu Darda reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There is no day whose sun rises but that two angels are assigned to its two sides, calling out a call that every creature of Allah hears except humans and jinn, 'People, come to your Lord. What is little and sufficient is better than what is abundant and distracting.' And the sun never sets but that two angels are assigned to its two sides, calling out a call that every creature of Allah hears except humans and jinn, 'Allah, grant the one who spends a replacement, and grant the one who withholds ruin.'"Regarding this, Allah Almighty revealed Quran concerning the words of the two angels, "People, come to your Lord," in Surah Yunus, "And Allah calls to the abode of peace, and He guides whom He wills to a straight path" [Yunus 10:25]. And concerning their words, "Allah, grant the one who spends a replacement, and grant the one who withholds ruin," He revealed, "By the night as it enshrouds, and the day as it shines forth, and by that which created the male and the female," up to His words, "We shall ease his way toward hardship" [Layl 92:1–10].

عن أبي الدرداء، قال

قال رسول الله ﷺ: ما من يوم طلعت شمسه، إلا وكل بجنبتيها ملكان، يناديان نداء يسمعه خلق الله كلهم غير الثقلين: يا أيها الناس هلموا إلى ربكم، إن ما قل وكفى خير مما كثر وألهى. ولا آبت الشمس إلا وكل بجنبتيها ملكان يناديان نداء يسمعه خلق الله كلهم غير الثقلين: اللهم أعط منفقا خلفا، وأعط ممسكا تلفا، وأنزل الله تعالى في ذلك قرآنا في قول الملكين: يا أيها الناس، هلموا إلى ربكم في سورة يونس: {والله يدعوا إلى دار السلام ويهدي من يشاء إلى صراط مستقيم}، وأنزل في قولهما: اللهم أعط منفقا خلفا، وأعط ممسكا تلفا: {واليل إذا يغشى والنهار إذا تجلى وما خلق الذكر والأنثى} إلى قوله {فسنيسره للعسرى} [سورة الليل: ١- ١٠].
