Numan bin Bashir reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "You see the believers in their mutual mercy, love, and compassion like a single body. When one limb of it suffers, the rest of the body responds with sleeplessness and fever."

عن النعمان بن بشير: قال

قال رسول الله ﷺ: تري المؤمنين في تراحمهم وتوادهم وتعاطفهم كمثل الجسد، إذا اشتكى عضوا تداعى له سائر جسده بالسهر والحمى.
