"Indeed, the worst of creatures in the sight of Allah are the deaf and dumb who do not understand" [Anfal 8:22]. He said, they were a group of men from Banu Abdul-Dar.
{إن شر الدواب عند الله الصم البكم الذين لا يعقلون} قال: هم نفر من بني عبد الدار.
Bukhari related it in the tafsir (4646), from Muhammad bin Yusuf, who said, Warqa narrated to us, from Ibn Abu Najeeh, from Mujahid, from Ibn Abbas, and he mentioned it.
