Tabarani narrated it in Al-Awsat (211 - Majma Bahrain) via Walid bin Muslim, from Abdullah bin Mubarak, from Khalid Haddan, from Ikrima, from Ibn Abbas, and he related it accordingly. Ibn Hibban (559) graded it sahih, and Hakim (1/62), both of whom narrated it through various routes from Ibn Mubarak. Hakim said, "This is a sahih hadith meeting the standard of Bukhari, though the two of them did not include it."As for Walid bin Muslim, although he was a mudallis, he explicitly stated that he heard the hadith directly in the version recorded by Ibn Hibban, and a group of others corroborated him in this, including Naeem bin Hammad, and Warith bin Ubaydullah in the version recorded by Hakim, and Muhammad bin Makki in the version recorded by Ibn Abdul-Barr in "Al-Ilm" (1053), among others.
