Two men came from the east and delivered speeches, and the people marveled at their eloquence. The Prophet ﷺ said, "Indeed, some eloquence is sorcery," or he said, "Some eloquence is sorcery."
قدم رجلان من المشرق فخطبا، فعجب الناس لبيانهما، فقال النبي ﷺ: إن من البيان لسحرا. أو قال: إن بعض البيان لسحر.
Malik narrated it in the Book of Speech and Backbiting (7), from Zayd bin Aslam, from Abdullah bin Umar, and he related it.Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Medicine (5767), from Abdullah bin Yusuf, from Malik, with the same chain, similarly.
