Umm Salama bint Abu Umaya reported,
"Messenger of Allah, we do not hear Allah mentioning anything about the women regarding the migration."So Allah 
revealed, "So their Lord answered them, 'Never will I allow to be lost the work of any worker among you, whether male or female'" [Al Imran 3:195], to the end of the verse.The Ansar said, "She was the first woman traveler to come to us."

Hasanعن أم سلمة قالت
يا رسول الله، لا نسمع الله ذكر النساء في الهجرة بشيء؟ فأنزل الله عز وجل: {فاستجاب لهم ربهم أني لا أضيع عمل عمل منكم من ذكر أو أنثى} إلى آخر الآية. وقالت الأنصار: هي أول ظعينة قدمت علينا.
Reported by Saeed bin Mansur (552), Tirmidhi (3023), and Hakim (2/300), all of them from the hadith of Sufyan bin Uyayna, from Amr bin Dinar, from Salama, a man from the descendants of Umm Salama, from Umm Salama, and he mentioned it.Hakim said, "Sahih according to the criterion of Bukhari." I say, it contains Salama, the descendant of Umm Salama, who is not among the narrators of Bukhari, though he is hasan in hadith. Mujahid has corroborated him, narrating from Umm Salama, reported by Ibn Mardawayh, as Ibn Kathir said.And His saying, "And Allah has with Him the best reward" [Al Imran 3:195], meaning, for whoever does righteous deeds, he will have with Allah the best reward, whether sooner or later.Shaddad bin Aws said, "O people, do not accuse Allah in His decree, for He does not wrong a believer. So if something he loves befalls one of them, let him praise Allah, and if something he dislikes befalls him, let him be patient and seek reward, for Allah has with Him the best reward."Reported by Ibn Abu Hatim in his Tafsir (844/3).
