Abu Musa Ashari reported,

We were with the Prophet ﷺ on a journey, and the people began raising their voices loudly in takbir. The Prophet ﷺ said, "People, go easy on yourselves. You are not calling upon someone deaf or absent. You are calling upon One who is All-Hearing, Near, and He is with you..." the hadith continues.

Sahih

عن أبي موسى الأشعري قال

كنا مع النبي ﷺ في سفر، فجعل الناس يجهرون بالتكبير، فقال النبي ﷺ: أيها الناس اربعوا على أنفسكم، إنكم ليس تدعون أصم ولا غائبا، إنكم تدعون سميعا قريبا وهو معكم… الحديث.
