Bukhari narrated it in the Book of the Beginning of Revelation (3), and Muslim in the Book of Faith (160), both from the hadith of Ibn Shihab Zuhri, who said, Urwa bin Zubayr told me, from Ayesha, and he mentioned it in a long hadith. It is recorded in the Book of Revelation, and this occurred in the month of Ramadan, as Allah Most High said, "The month of Ramadan in which the Quran was sent down" [Baqarah 2:185]
