Usama bin Sharik reported,
I came to the Prophet ﷺ while his companions were sitting so still it was as if birds were perched upon their heads. I greeted them and sat down. Then Bedouins came from here and there and asked, "Messenger of Allah, shall we seek treatment?"He replied, "Seek treatment, for Allah 
has not sent down any disease without also sending down its cure, except for one disease, old age."

Sahihعن أسامة بن شريك قال
أتيت النبي ﷺ وأصحابه كأنما على رؤوسهم الطير، فسلمت ثم قعدت، فجاء الأعراب من هاهنا وهاهنا فقالوا: يا رسول الله أنتداوى؟ فقال: تداووا؛ فإن الله عز وجل لم يضع داء إلا وضع له دواء غير داء واحد الهرم.
Reported by Abu Dawud (3855), Tirmidhi (2038), Ibn Majah (3436), Ahmad (18454), and Bukhari in Adab al-Mufrad (291), and graded sahih by Ibn Hibban (6064) and Hakim (4/399–400), all of them through various chains from Ziyad bin Alaqa, from Usama bin Sharik. The wording given is that of Abu Dawud. Some narrations include the addition "old age," meaning death. Its chain of transmission is sahih.Tirmidhi said, "This is a hasan sahih hadith." Hakim said, "This is a hadith with a sahih chain of transmission, for it was narrated by ten of the leading and trustworthy scholars of the Muslims from Ziyad bin Alaqa, among them Misar bin Kidam and Malik bin Mughul Bajali." He then went on to list the narrations of these transmitters from Ziyad bin Alaqa.
