The Prophet ﷺ said, "Allah has not sent down any disease without also sending down a cure for it."
عن النبي ﷺ قال: ما أنزل الله داء إلا أنزل له شفاء.

Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Medicine (5678) from Muhammad bin Muthanna, from Abu Ahmad Zubayri, from Umar bin Saeed bin Abu Husayn, from Ata bin Abu Rabah, from Abu Hurairah, and he mentioned it.Abu Naeem Asbahani narrated it in Tibb Nabawi (9) through another route with a sahih chain, adding at its beginning, "O people, seek treatment." Hakim narrated it (4/401) through the route of Shabib bin Shayba, who said, Ata bin Abu Rabah told us, from Abu Saeed Khudri, and he mentioned something similar. This is a mistake that Shabib bin Shayba made, as Bazzar clarified in Kashf Astar (3106), where he said, "The correct version is the narration of Ibn Abu Husayn, from Abu Hurairah."As for his saying, "Allah has not sent down any disease," it means Allah did not create any disease without also sending down its cure. Since creation comes from Allah, and He is in the heaven, this is expressed as "sending down," in accordance with His saying, "He governs the affair from the heaven to the earth" [Sajdah 32:5].
