He traced it back to the Prophet ﷺ, who said, when the wind blew strongly, "O Allah, make it fertilizing, not barren."

Abu Yaala (3881 - Matalib) narrated it, and Ibn Hibban (1008) and Hakim (4/285) graded it sahih, all of them through the route of Mughira bin Abdul-Rahman Makhzumi, who said, Yazid bin Abu Ubayd told me, he said, I heard Salama bin Akwa narrate it as a raised hadith, and he mentioned it.Hakim said, This is a sahih chain according to the criterion of the two Shaikhs (Bukhari and Muslim).I say, In its chain is Mughira bin Abdul-Rahman Makhzumi, who is Ibn Harith bin Abdullah bin Ayyash Madani. Muslim did not narrate from him, and he is hasan in hadith.
