I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say between the two corners, "Our Lord, grant us good in this world and good in the Hereafter, and protect us from the punishment of the Fire" [Baqarah 2:201].
سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول ما بين الركنين: {ربناء آتنا في الدنيا حسنة وفي الآخرة حسنة وقنا عذاب النار}[سورة البقرة: ٢٠١].
Abu Dawud (1892) and Ahmad (15398, 15399) narrated it, and Ibn Khuzayma (2721), Ibn Hibban (3826), and Hakim (1/455) graded it sahih, all of them via the route of Ibn Jurayj, who said, "Yahya bin Ubayd narrated to me, from his father, from Abdullah bin Saaib," and he related it.Its chain of transmission is hasan, because of Yahya's father, who is Ubayd, the freedman of Saaib Makhzumi. The discussion of him is presented at length in the book on Hajj.
