Whenever the Messenger of Allah ﷺ broke his fast at someone's home, he would supplicate for them, saying, "May those who are fasting break their fast with you, may the righteous eat your food, and may the angels send blessings upon you."
كان رسول الله ﷺ إذا أفطر عند قوم دعا لهم، فقال: أفطر عندكم الصائمون، وأكل طعامكم الأبرار، وصلت عليكم الملائكة.
Ibn Sunni narrated it in Amal al-Yawm wal-Layla (482), and Tabarani in Dua (925), both from the hadith of Imran Qattan, from Qatada, from Anas, who related it.Its chain of transmission is hasan due to the discussion surrounding Imran Qattan, who is Ibn Dawar (with a waw), for he is a disputed narrator, though his hadith is hasan.The hadith of Anas has other paths that strengthen it, and these are mentioned in the book on fasting.
