Muawiya bin Abu Sufyan reported,

I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "O Allah, none can withhold what You have given, and none can give what You have withheld, and no fortunate one's fortune avails him against You."

Commentary

Zia-ur-Rahman Azami

Ahmad (16929) and Tabarani in al-Kabir (19/344) both narrated it through the route of Abu Naeem, who said, Abdullah bin Mubashshir, the freedman of Umm Habiba, told us, from Zayd bin Abu Attab, from Muawiya, and he mentioned it. Its chain of transmission is sahih.
