It is reported from the Prophet ﷺ that he used to say in his prostration, "O Allah, to You I have prostrated, in You I have believed, and to You I have submitted. You are my Lord. My face has prostrated to the One who created it and shaped it, and who opened its hearing and sight. Blessed is Allah, the best of creators."
Nasai (1127) narrated it from Yahya bin Uthman, who said, Abu Haywa informed us, he said, Shuayb bin Abu Hamza narrated to us, from Muhammad bin Munkadir, from Jabir bin Abdullah, and he related the hadith, and its isnad is sahih.
