Hakim narrated it (1/29) through several routes from Abu Kurayb, who said, Husayn bin Ali narrated to us, from Zaida, from Asim bin Kulayb, from Muharib bin Dithar, from Ibn Umar, and he related it. Its chain is hasan because of Asim bin Kulayb, for his hadith is hasan. Hakim said, "Muslim relied on Asim bin Kulayb as evidence, and the rest of the narrators of this hadith are agreed upon as reliable."On this subject there is also a report from Abu Hurairah, who said, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Beware of the supplication of the wronged one." Ibn Hibban narrated it (875) from Muhammad bin Hasan bin Qutayba, who said, Yazid bin Mawhab narrated to us, Ibn Wahb informed us, from Maruf bin Suwayd, who said, I heard Ali bin Rabah say, I heard Abu Hurairah say, and he related it. Maruf bin Suwayd was not deemed reliable by anyone except Ibn Hibban, and for that reason Ibn Hajar said in al-Taqrib, "acceptable," meaning when corroborated, and I have not found any corroborating narration for him.On this subject there is also a report from Anas bin Malik, who said, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Beware of the supplication of the wronged one, even if he is a disbeliever, for there is no veil between it and Allah." Ahmad narrated it (12549) from Yahya bin Ishaq, who said, Yahya bin Ayub informed me, Abu Abdullah al-Asadi informed me, who said, I heard Anas bin Malik relate it. Abu Abdullah al-Asadi is unknown.
