The Messenger of Allah ﷺ mentioned Friday and said, "It contains an hour during which, if a Muslim servant happens to be standing in prayer asking Allah for something, Allah will surely grant it to him." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ gestured with his hand to indicate how brief that hour is.
أن رسول الله ﷺ ذكر يوم الجمعة فقال: فيها ساعة لا يوافقها عبد مسلم وهو قائم يصلي، يسأل الله شيئا إلا أعطاه إياه. وأشار رسول الله ﷺ بيده يقللها.
Malik narrated it in "Jumuah" (15) from Abu Zinad, from Araj, from Abu Hurairah, and he mentioned it. Bukhari narrated it in "Jumuah" (935), and Muslim in "Jumuah" (852), both of them through the route of Malik, with the same wording.
