Abu Hurairah reported,
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Allah 
descends every night to the lowest heaven when the last third of the night remains, saying, 'Who will call upon Me so that I may answer him? Who will ask of Me so that I may give him? Who will seek My forgiveness so that I may forgive him?'"

Sahihعن أبي هريرة
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال: ينزل الله تبارك وتعالى كل ليلة إلى السماء الدنيا حين يبقى ثلث الليل الآخر، فيقول: من يدعوني فأستجيب له، من يسألني فأعطيه، من يستغفرني فأغفر له.
Malik narrated it in Quran (30), from Ibn Shihab, from Abu Abdullah Aghar and Abu Salama, from Abu Hurairah, and he related it accordingly.Bukhari narrated it in Tahajjud (1145) and Muslim in Prayer of the Travelers (758), both through the route of Malik, with the same wording.Tirmidhi said, "This hadith has been narrated through many routes from Abu Hurairah, from the Prophet ﷺ, and it has been narrated from him that he said, 'Allah 
descends when a third of the latter part of the night remains,' and this is the most sahih of the narrations."I say, it has also been narrated from a group of the companions, and the discussion of it is presented in detail in the Book of Faith.
