Abu Hurairah reported,

The Prophet ﷺ climbed the pulpit and said, "Amen, amen, amen."He was asked, "Messenger of Allah, you did not used to do this."He replied, "Jibreel said to me, 'May the nose of a servant be rubbed in dust who reaches his parents, or one of them, in old age and does not enter Paradise.' I said, 'Amen.' Then he said, 'May the nose of a servant be rubbed in dust upon whom Ramadan enters and he is not forgiven.' I said, 'Amen.' Then he said, 'May the nose of a man be rubbed in dust before whom you are mentioned and he does not send blessings upon you.' I said, 'Amen.'"

عن أبي هريرة

أن النبي ﷺ رقى المنبر فقال: آمين، آمين، آمين، قيل له: يا رسول الله ما كنت تصنع هذا؟ فقال: قال لي جبريل: رغم أنف عبد أدرك أبويه أو أحدهما لم يدخله الجنة، قلت: آمين، ثم قال: رغم أنف عبد دخل عليه رمضان لم يغفر له، فقلت: آمين. ثم قال: رغم أنف امرئ ذكرت عنده فلم يصل عليك، فقلت: آمين.
