Saad bin Abu Waqqas reported,

An Arabi came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said, "Teach me words to say."He said, "Say, 'There is no god but Allah alone, with no partner. Allah is the greatest, supremely great. Praise be to Allah in abundance. Glory be to Allah, Lord of the worlds. There is no power and no strength except through Allah, the Mighty, the Wise.'"The Arabi said, "These are for my Lord. What is there for me?"He said, "Say, 'O Allah, forgive me, have mercy on me, guide me, and provide for me.'"
