The Prophet ﷺ said, "These are for this, and these are for that." He said, "So the people dispersed, no longer disputing about predestination."
أن النبي ﷺ قال: هؤلاء لهذه، وهؤلاء لهذه. قال: فتفرق الناس وهم لا يختلفون في القدر.

Bayhaqi narrated it in Qadar wal-Qada (1/275-276) from Hafiz Abu Abdullah, who said, Abu Nadr the jurist told us, Abu Jafar Muhammad bin Abdullah Hadrami and Hasan bin Sufyan told us, they said, Ibrahim bin Saeed told us, Abu Ahmad told us, from Sufyan, from Ayub and Ismail bin Umaya, from Nafi, from Ibn Umar, and he related it.He also narrated it with the same chain mentioned above from Nadr bin Ahmad Baghdadi the hafiz, who said, Ibrahim bin Saeed told us, and he related it with his chain, except that he said, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "These are for Paradise, and I do not care, and these are for the Fire, and I do not care."Haythami mentioned it in Majma (7/186), attributing it to Bazzar and to Tabarani in Saghir, and said, "The men of Bazzar are the men of the sahih."
