The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "He whose neighbor is not safe from his harm will not enter Paradise."
إن رسول الله ﷺ قال: لا يدخل الجنة من لا يأمن جاره بوائقه.
Muslim narrated it in the Book of Faith (46) through several routes from Ismail bin Jafar, who said, Ala told me, from his father, from Abu Hurairah, and he related the hadith. Bawaiq is the plural of baiqah, which means a calamity, a disaster, or a treacherous act.
