I said, "Messenger of Allah, suppose you came down into a valley where there was a tree from which others had eaten, and you also found a tree from which none had eaten, on which of them would you let your camel graze?"He replied, "On the one from which none had grazed."By this she meant that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ did not marry any virgin other than her.
قلت يا رسول الله، أرأيت لو نزلت واديا، وفيه شجرة قد أكل منها، ووجدت شجرا لم يؤكل منها، في أيها ترتع بعيرك، قال: في التي لم يرتع منها. تعني أن رسول الله ﷺ لم يتزوج بكرا غيرها.
