...reported from the Prophet ﷺ that he said, "No one who witnessed Badr and Hudaybiyah will ever enter the Fire."
ى، عن النبي ﷺ قال: لن يلج النار أحد شهد بدرا والحديبية.
Bazzar (3340) narrated it from Fadl bin Yaqub Rukhami and Hilal bin Ala, who both said, Abdullah bin Jafar told us, he said, Isa bin Yunus told us, from Ismail bin Abu Khalid, from Ibn Abu Awfa, who said, then he mentioned it.Its narrators are trustworthy, except for Abdullah bin Jafar, who is Ibn Ghaylan Raqqi. He too is trustworthy, but his memory changed two years before his death, though not severely. Bukhari met him after this change occurred, so he did not narrate directly from him, but he did narrate one hadith through him by way of Fadl bin Yaqub Rukhami, as Ibn Hajar stated in Hadi Sari (p. 413). This indicates that Rukhami was among his earlier companions. And Allah knows best.Bazzar said after it, "We do not know of anyone who narrated this hadith from Ismail bin Abu Khalid except Isa bin Yunus, nor from Isa except Abdullah bin Jafar."
