Its isnad is sahih. It occurred previously at 7926. Haythami said in 8/180, "The men of Ahmad are trustworthy." The hadith was also transmitted by Abu Dawud 4/255, no. 4811, in the book of Manners, on gratitude for kindness, and by Tirmidhi, 1955, and Tabarani in Kabir 2/408.
