It is in fact Salm bin Abdul-Rahman al-Nakhai.

عن النبي ﷺ قال تسموا باسمي ولا تكنوا بكنيتي قال وكان رسول الله ﷺ يكره الشكال من الخيل أو الأشكال قال عبد الله قال أبي شعبة يخطئ في هذا القول عبد الله بن يزيد وإنما هو سلم بن عبد الرحمن النخعي
