The Prophet ﷺ said, "In Paradise there is a tree under whose shade a rider can travel for seventy, or a hundred, years. It is the tree of eternity."Hajjaj said, "Or a hundred years, the tree of eternity."I said to Shuba, "Is it the tree of eternity?"He replied, "The word 'it' is not in the narration."

Its isnad is sahih, it occurred previously at 9215 in the printed edition. Abu Dahhak Basri was a trustworthy successor, and Shubah alone narrated from him.
