We were at al-Baqi with Abu Hurairah when we heard him say, "I am the most knowledgeable of people regarding the intercession of Muhammad ﷺ on the Day of Resurrection."The people pressed in around him and said, "Go on, may Allah have mercy on you."He said, "He will say, 'O Allah, forgive every Muslim servant who meets You believing in me without associating anything with You.'"
Its isnad is hasan, because of Ibn Darah. It was said his name is Abdullah, and it was also said Zayd. Ibn Hibban mentioned him in al-Thiqat, and Daraqutni said he is reliable. I did not find this hadith except in Ahmad's Musnad, and in meaning it has occurred often, see the hadith of whoever said, "There is no god but Allah."As for his saying, "the people crowded around him (fa-tadaka al-nas)," it means they gathered around him until the earth almost caved in beneath them.
