The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The poor among the believers will enter Paradise half a day before the rich, and that half day is five hundred years."
وبالإسناد قال رسول الله ﷺ يدخل فقراء المؤمنين الجنة قبل الأغنياء بنصف يوم خمس مائة سنة
Its isnad is sahih, and it has come up many times before. Tirmidhi 4/578, no. 2354, narrated it and graded it sahih, as did Ibn Majah, 2/1380, no. 4122, and Ibn Abu Shayba, 13/246, no. 16239.
