The Prophet ﷺ said regarding the Mother of the Quran, "It is the Mother of the Quran, it is the Seven Oft-Repeated Verses, and it is the Great Quran."
حدثنا يزيد بن هارون قال أخبرنا ابن أبي ذئب وهاشم بن القاسم عن ابن أبي ذئب عن المقبري
عن النبي ﷺ أنه قال في أم القرآن هي أم القرآن وهي السبع المثاني وهي القرآن العظيم
Its isnad is sahih. Bukhari transmitted it, 6/21, in the tafsir of Fatihah, Abu Dawud, 2/71, no. 1457, in the prayer, chapter on Fatihah of the Book, and Nasai, 2/138, no. 912, in the opening, chapter on the merit of Fatihah of the Book.
