Abu Hurairah reported,

Sufyan reported it as a marfu hadith, saying, "The deceased hears the shuffling of their sandals as they turn away and depart."

عن أبي هريرة قال

سفيان يرفعه قال إن الميت ليسمع خفق نعالهم إذا ولوا مدبرين
