The Prophet ﷺ said regarding the verse "It may be that your Lord will raise you to a praiseworthy station" [Isra 17:79], "It is the intercession."
حدثنا وكيع قال حدثنا داود الزعافري عن أبيه
عن النبي ﷺ {عسى أن يبعثك ربك مقاما محمودا} قال الشفاعة
Its chain of transmission is daif because of Dawud Zaafirani, but the hadith is sahih. Bukhari narrated its origin in the tafsir, 8/399, no. 4719 (Fath), and Abu Hanifa, 1/148.
