Abu Qasim, the Prophet of Repentance ﷺ, told us, "Whoever falsely accuses his slave of something the slave is innocent of will have the prescribed punishment carried out against him on the Day of Resurrection, unless the matter is as he said."
حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد عن فضيل بن غزوان قال حدثنا ابن أبي نعم قال
حدثنا أبو القاسم نبي التوبة ﷺ قال من قذف مملوكه بريئا مما قال له إلا قام عليه يعني الحد يوم القيامة إلا أن يكون كما قال
Its isnad is sahih. Ibn Abu Naam is Abdul-Rahman, a truthful narrator whose hadith is accepted by the group. Bukhari related the hadith 8/218 in the chapter on those who wage war, on slandering slaves, and Muslim 3/282 no. 1660 in the chapter on oaths, on the severity toward one who slanders his slave, and Abu Dawud 4/342 no. 5165 in the chapter on manners, on the rights of the slave, and Tirmidhi 4/335 no. 1947 in the chapter on righteousness, on the prohibition of beating servants.
