Ali bin Abu Talib reported,

He described the Prophet ﷺ and said, "He had a large head, was white tinged with red, with a full beard, large joints, thick palms and feet, a long line of hair running down his chest, and abundant hair on his head, which fell straight. He would lean forward as he walked, as though descending a slope. He was neither tall nor short. I have never seen anyone like him, neither before him nor after him ﷺ."Ali bin Hakeem said in his version of the report, "Ali bin Abu Talib described the Messenger of Allah ﷺ to us and said, 'He had a large head and beautiful hair that hung straight.'"

أنه وصف النبي ﷺ فقال كان عظيم الهامة أبيض مشربا بحمرة عظيم اللحية ضخم الكراديس شثن الكفين والقدمين طويل المسربة كثير شعر الرأس راجله يتكفأ في مشيته كأنما ينحدر في صبب لا طويل ولا قصير لم أر مثله لا قبله ولا بعده ﷺ وقال علي بن حكيم في حديثه ووصف لنا علي بن أبي طالب رضي الله عنه رسول الله ﷺ فقال كان ضخم الهامة حسن الشعر رجله
