The Prophet ﷺ said, "An injury caused by a stray animal carries no liability, a mine carries no liability, and a well carries no liability. On buried treasure, a fifth is due."
حدثنا عفان حدثنا شعبة عن محمد بن زياد قال سمعت
عن النبي ﷺ قال العجماء جرحها جبار والمعدن جبار والبئر جبار وفي الركاز الخمس
Its isnad is sahih. It was previously mentioned in 8983, and Bukhari related it in 2/160, and Muslim in 3/1334, no. 1710.9341m - Affan narrated to us, Shuba narrated to us, Muhammad bin Amr narrated to us, from Abu Salama, from Abu Hurairah, from the Prophet, similar to this, except that he said, "the rikaz."Sahih (9341m). Its isnad is sahih.
