Ali bin Abu Talib reported,
Ali said, "A time will come upon people that bites hard, when the man of means will clutch tightly to what is in his hands, though he was not commanded to do so. Allah 
says, 'And do not forget graciousness between you' [Baqarah 2:237]. The wicked will rise to prominence, the virtuous will be humiliated, and the desperate will be forced into transactions. Yet the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade the sale made under duress, the sale involving uncertainty, and the sale of fruit before it ripens."

قال علي يأتي على الناس زمان عضوض يعض الموسر على ما في يديه قال ولم يؤمر بذلك قال الله عز وجل {ولا تنسوا الفضل بينكم} وينهد الأشرار ويستذل الأخيار ويبايع المضطرون قال وقد نهى رسول الله ﷺ عن بيع المضطرين وعن بيع الغرر وعن بيع الثمرة قبل أن تدرك
Its isnad is daif due to the anonymity of the sheikh from Banu Tamim. Abu Amir Muzani is Salih bin Rustum Khazzaz. Ibn Main weakened him, Abu Dawud Sijistani deemed him trustworthy, and Ibn Hibban mentioned him in Thiqat.Abu Dawud narrated the hadith in 3:263–264, Muhammad bin Isa told us, Hushaym told us, Salih bin Amir informed us. Abu Dawud said, "This is what Muhammad said," then he related the hadith in abridged form. So Muhammad bin Isa's wording "Salih bin Amir" is an error, the correct form being "Salih Abu Amir," which is why Abu Dawud drew attention to it. See Tahdheeb 4:395. The hadith has also been attributed to Saeed bin Mansur in his Sunan.It appears abridged in Durr Manthur 11:293, and has also been attributed to Ibn Abu Hatim, Kharaiti, and Bayhaqi. Ibn Kathir mentioned it in his Tafsir 2:575, on the authority of Abu Bakr bin Mardawayh with a different isnad, without pointing to this narration in the Musnad.
