The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When one of you visits his Muslim brother and is offered food, let him eat from it without questioning him about it. And if he is given something to drink, let him drink from it without questioning him about it."
حدثنا حسين بن محمد قال حدثنا مسلم يعني ابن خالد عن زيد بن أسلم عن سمي عن أبي صالح
قال رسول الله ﷺ إذا دخل أحدكم على أخيه المسلم فأطعمه طعاما فليأكل من طعامه ولا يسأله عنه فإن سقاه شرابا من شرابه فليشرب من شرابه ولا يسأله عنه

Its chain of transmission is hasan. Muslim bin Khalid Zanji was a jurist, truthful, trusted by Ibn Main and others, though other scholars deemed him daif. Hakim graded his hadith sahih, and Dhahabi agreed with him in Mustadrak 4/126.
