The Prophet ﷺ said, "Among the signs of the Hour are that shepherds of sheep will become the leaders of people, that the barefoot, naked, and hungry will compete with one another in constructing tall buildings, and that the slave-girl will give birth to her master or mistress."
حدثنا هوذة حدثنا عوف عن شهر بن حوشب
عن النبي ﷺ قال من أشراط الساعة أن يرى رعاة الشاء رءوس الناس وأن يرى الحفاة العراة الجوع يتبارون في البناء وأن تلد الأمة ربها أو ربتها
Its chain of transmission is sahih. Bukhari reported it 1/20 in the Book of Faith, on Jibreel's question to the Prophet about faith, and Muslim reported it 1/36 no. 8 in the Book of Faith, on explaining faith and Islam, within the well-known hadith of Jibreel, and Abu Dawud reported it 4/224 no. 4695, in the Book of Sunnah, on divine decree. And Nasai reported it 8/97 no. 4990 in the Book of Faith, on the description of Islam.
