He attributed it to the Prophet ﷺ that he forbade muhaqalah, which is buying standing grain still in its ears in exchange for harvested wheat, and he forbade muzabanah, which is buying fresh fruit in exchange for dried dates.

Its isnad is sahih, it preceded at 1960. Tirmidhi related it, 3/518, no. 1224, in the Book of Trade, chapter on what was said regarding the prohibition of muhaqalah, and he said, hasan sahih. Nasai also related it, 7/39, no. 3884, in the Book of Oaths and Vows, chapter on the prohibition of renting out land. And Ibn Majah related it, 2/762, no. 2266, in the Book of Trade.
