I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "Allah will not look at the one who drags his lower garment out of arrogance."
حدثنا بهز حدثنا حماد عن محمد
سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول لا ينظر الله إلى الذي يجر إزاره بطرا
Its isnad is sahih. It was mentioned previously in 173, and Bukhari narrated something similar to it, 172/7, in the Book of Clothing, chapter, "Say, who has forbidden the adornment of Allah" [Araf 7:32], and Muslim, 1651/4, no. 2085, in the Book of Clothing, chapter on the prohibition of trailing one's garment out of arrogance.
