The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever peers into the house of a people without their permission and they put out his eye, there is no blood-money owed for it and no retaliation."
حدثنا علي قال حدثنا معاذ حدثني أبي عن قتادة عن النضر بن أنس عن بشير بن نهيك
أن النبي ﷺ قال من اطلع في بيت قوم بغير إذنهم ففقئوا عينه فلا دية له ولا قصاص
