Abu Hurairah reported,

The Prophet ﷺ said, and I had also heard it from Rabia and did not find it objectionable, "The strong believer is better, or more excellent, and more beloved to Allah than the weak believer, though there is good in both. Strive eagerly for what benefits you, and do not give in to weakness. If something overcomes you, say, 'Allah has decreed, and what He willed He has done.' Beware of saying 'if only,' for 'if only' opens the way for Satan."

عن النبي ﷺ قال وقد سمعته من ربيعة فلم أنكر قال المؤمن القوي خير أو أفضل وأحب إلى الله عز وجل من المؤمن الضعيف وكل خير احرص على ما ينفعك ولا تعجز فإن غلبك أمر فقل قدر الله وما شاء صنع وإياك واللو فإن اللو يفتح من الشيطان
