An Arabi passed by the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and his health and strength impressed him. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ called him over and asked, "When have you ever felt umm muldim?"The Arabi said, "What is umm muldim?"He replied, "Fever."The Arabi asked, "And what is fever?"He said, "A heat that comes between the skin and the bones."The Arabi replied, "I have never experienced that."The Prophet ﷺ then asked, "And when have you felt a headache?"The Arabi said, "What is a headache?"He replied, "A throbbing that occurs in the temples and the head."The Arabi said, "I have never experienced that either."When the Arabi turned away and departed, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever wishes to look at a man from the people of the Fire, let him look at this one."
