Its chain is daif, due to the weakness of Ibrahim bin Ishaq, whose actual name is Ibrahim bin Fadl Makhzumi Abu Ishaq. He was only called Ibrahim bin Ishaq by Israel, the one who narrated from him, and this was a mistake in his name. This Ibrahim was deemed daif by Ahmad, Ibn Main, Abu Zura, Nasai, and others. Dhahabi mentioned hadith 8651 and counted it among his objectionable narrations.
