A man reported,
Ali 
came out to us and said, "The Prophet ﷺ commanded the witr prayer. The time for witr has now arrived. Ibn al-Nabbah, give the call to prayer or the iqamah."

Its chain of transmission is daif, because of the anonymity of the man from Banu Assad who narrated from Ali. As for the man from Anaz from whom Abu Tayah heard, he is Abdullah bin Abu Huzayl, as he was named previously in 689 and as will come in 862.
