Abu Hurairah said to Marwan, "Have you permitted usurious transactions?"Marwan replied, "I have done no such thing."Abu Hurairah said, "You have permitted the sale of food-vouchers, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade selling food until it has been taken into one's possession."Marwan then addressed the people and forbade the sale of these vouchers.Sulayman said, "I watched as Marwan's guards seized them from people's hands."
حدثنا عبد الله بن الحارث المخزومي بمكة حدثني الضحاك يعني ابن عثمان عن بكير بن عبد الله بن الأشج عن سليمان بن يسار
لمروان أحللت بيع الربا فقال مروان ما فعلت فقال أبو هريرة أحللت بيع الصكوك وقد نهى رسول الله ﷺ عن بيع الطعام حتى يستوفي قال فخطب الناس مروان فنهى عن بيعها قال سليمان فنظرت إلى حرس مروان يأخذونها من أيدي الناس
